Delivery & Duties
We cover all added import duties and taxes. However, in some countries, local import duties and taxes might be added to international shipments upon reception. These costs are the responsibility of the receiver.
Orders from the Handcrafted & Ready Series are non-refundable.
Orders from the Handcrafted & Ready Series are eligible for returns against store credit only. Orders from the Handcrafted & Ready Series have to be returned a maximum of 3 days upon package delivery to be eligible for a store credit exchange.
Even when exchanging for the same style in a different size immediately, you are ordering from our Custom Orders, and a different pricing and total balance to be paid on this new order will occur. Your store credit can be applied to this new order or any further purchase. Store credits have no expiry date.
Every returned order from the Handcrafted & Ready Series will incur a fixed restocking and return shipping fee of 75 CAD.
