Lining
A 100g silky fabric woven in Como, Italy from 100% GRS Recycled Nylon (PA). Down-proof, breathable, and easy to maintain, it ensures comfort against the skin while keeping eiderdown in and moisture out.

OUTER SHELL
Dry Wax Canvas
Heavy-weight (285 gr.) Dry Wax Canvas, proofed and woven in Como, Italy. Made of a durable blend of rugged nylon and cotton with a mat waxed finish, giving Olmsted's outer a unique appearance and an extreme resistance to the elements. This waxed canvas remains washable and will not transfer oil.
Nylon Canvas
Heavy-weight (275 gr.) Matte Twill made of 100% GRS Recycled nylon, woven in Italy. Chic and resistant - breathable and water-repellent.
The Trench
The Olmsted edit of the trench is rainproofed and dressy, yet insulated for colder days. Think puffer meets trench coat—reborn in Canadian eiderdown. Designed with generous overlap, a deep back fold, and refined reese pockets, it balances structure and design with protection. Our signature shirt sleeves and extra-high collar, closed with an insulated tab, add to its considered form. A wide belt defines the silhouette, while every detail has been thought through. Compatible with the hood from our Building Blocks collection, it adapts seamlessly to your needs. Every part of The Trench is insulated with a thin veil of Canadian eiderdown for warmth without weight. The ultimate transitional piece.
