Luxurious bespoke outerwear made in Montreal
Olmsted coats and jackets are carefully crafted and made to order in our workshop located in Montreal, Canada. Orders ship within 10 to 15 business days from the date of order. We like to meet our customers' specific needs and personalize our coats by adjusting our fit to your particular request; You just have to ask!

Please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will be happy to modify details to get your perfect fit. Among other things, we can produce intermediate sizes or shorten the length of coats and sleeves. We want you to feel emotionally attached to your coat, and when you know it's explicitly made for you, that adds to its uniqueness.

Olmsted packaging is kept to the essentials, made from recycled cardboard, unprinted and secured with kraft paper tape to maximize recyclability.

Orders within Canada ship via UPS and typically arrive in 2-3 business days. When your order is shipped, you receive an email with your specific tracking number to follow your package until delivery. All our shipments are insured and covered by our guarantee.

International orders ship via UPS and typically arrive within 2-6 days. When your order is shipped, you receive an email with your specific tracking number to follow your package until delivery. All our shipments are insured and covered by our guarantee.

Shipping

Olmsted offers free shipping and returns worldwide.
We cover all added import duties within Canada and the United States. However, outside of Canada and the United States, local import duties and taxes might be added to international shipments upon reception. These costs are the responsibility of the receiver.

We will gladly process returns for orders within 10 days. If you wish to return an item, please contact us to arrange for your free return shipment.

Duvet comforter & Pillows
In accordance with federal and state guidelines and for the safety of our consumers, suppliers and carriers, duvets, pillows and the SLEEP collection products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All items must be in new and unworn condition to obtain a full refund.

RETURN LABEL

Any parcel shipped back without our approval or using a label other than the one provided by Olmsted will remain under the sender’s responsibility. All taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred as a result of using an unauthorized label will be deducted from the refund. We encourage all clients to follow our return process to ensure a smooth and secure experience.

Custom orders

All orders are crafted on a made-to-order basis. Standard pieces may be returned or exchanged within the applicable window, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and accompanied by all tags.

Custom orders — including any fit adjustments, specific color requests, or customized outer-shell selections — are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
